lying to yourself is extremely dangerous.

there is usually never high reward without high risk.

don't let fame, status or wealth corrupt who you are / your values.

gratitude is key to staying grounded.

have nonnegotiables you do everyday that ground you (ex. calling fam everyday)

money, status, and fame are meant to be side effects of your journey; not solely the destination.

there's no conventional path to success. don't blindly follow someone else's footsteps.

don't define success by what others do; define it according to your values

control your emotions and don't let them affect your judgement / how you treat people.

don't overgeneralize one bad experience; understand the nuances.
